The location was quiet, right by castles as well as a restaurant, in a tranquil area. Moreover, the hotel was within a 20-minute walk from Chateau de la Vauguyon. Standard family room with a very comfortable sofa accommodated us perfectly. Coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware were provided.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The hostess greeted us with a smile and even provided an umbrella for the rainy weather. Our room was absolutely stunning, with a large bed, cozy sitting area, and all the necessary amenities. The dining and sitting area downstairs were spacious and comfortable, with modern decor. The communication with Marielle was fantastic, and she made us feel welcome even before our arrival. We loved that we could use the dining table to feed our children in the evening, saving us the hassle of finding a restaurant. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town of Chinon, which was beautiful to walk around with the kids. Marielle's home felt like our own, with access to a stylish living room and outdoor spaces to relax and dine. Marielle herself was the perfect host, incredibly kind and generous. We were amazed by her willingness to lend us bikes when we had a car problem, allowing us to visit the chateaux without any inconvenience. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, a feast for the eyes with attention to every detail. our stay was mind-blowing, and we left with the desire to live there permanently. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a jaw-dropping experience in the Loire Valley.
